A static site can still have depth, movement and atmosphere.
A visual system is a set of repeatable decisions. Cards, labels, panels, rows and article pages should speak the same language.
Glass, gradients and large type need restraint. If every layer is loud, no layer has priority.
The best system lets the site grow without making each new page feel manually designed from scratch.
